How do we work?
We get to know you.
We know that we cannot help a business that we do know or understand. That’s why all our packages start with a get to know you briefing session. During this, we discuss items such as:

– Aligning your business goals with social media
– Getting to know your industry
– Your expectations of us as your Social Media Manager
– And so much more!
This is the part when you sit back and relax whilst we go away and research. During this phase, we delve deep into who your customer is, what they need and how your content can provide solutions as well as share stories!
We research your industry to ensure we set you apart, and we work on fun an exciting ways to deliver your content. All of this is then presented to you in a strategy presentation.
During the presentation we work together to ensure you are happy with our ideas and nothing is started until we have your tick of approval.
Content creation has several options, some businesses already have a bunch of photos for us to work with, others need a photographer, some want a lot of graphic design, some need stock images to get started and we almost all need video.
Whatever your business content needs are, it is up to us to work out the best way we can design your posts. All of this would be discovered during the strategy phase and whilst we manage your accounts we continue to work out ways to streamline systems so you can focus on running the business, while we run the socials.
Did we mention we write the captions too? As well as schedule and post for you, engage with your audience and reply to any social media comments!
We use a state of the art scheduling platforms that allows you to approve all content before it goes out, and even have options to edit and/or provide feedback!
All of our social media packages include a weekly report showing you your content and audience statistics. As your Social Media Manager we use this for future content ideas and if needed make strategic changes to increase growth.
All our packages also include an optional face to face or skype session each fortnight, we use this to regroup and run through the reports and discuss future ideas and promotions!
